Having spent over ten years working alongside some of Brown Harris Stevens’ highest-producing teams and brokers, Ari has developed deep expertise in navigating the complexities of New York City’s residential market. As a member of one of the firm’s top-performing teams, he works across the luxury condominium, cooperative, and townhouse markets, assisting clients with both primary residences and investment properties. He also maintains an active leasing practice and is known for identifying opportunities that align with his clients’ financial goals and long-term plans.

Ari is also the founder of Kibbutz NYC, a growing community initiative that brings together more than 200 people each month for Shabbat dinners, creating meaningful connections and fostering community across New York City.
